Tim Ho Wan Rewards is a digital points system loyalty programme introduced to give back to our customer in the form of Tim Ho Wan Points rewarded at every visit, which can be used to redeem exclusive member privileges via rewards catalogue.
• What are the benefit and perks of being a Tim Ho Wan member?
Members get to earn 10 THW Points rewarded for every $1 spent on subtotal bill*, applicable for in-store dine-in & takeaway purchases.
*Subtotal bill is calculated after any form of discounts (if applicable), redemption of previously accumulated THW points, and do not include miscellaneous items such as towel, alcohol beverages, service charge and government taxes etc.
Enjoy Welcome Voucher such as complimentary dessert when member sign up.
Exclusive Birthday rewards such as earning double THW Points on your birthday month over unlimited visits as well as seasonal complimentary signature dishes.
• How do I sign up to be a Tim Ho Wan member?
You may sign up via any of the following channels:

We will require basic information such as a local registered mobile number and email address to sign you up.
• What is the membership validity and are there any fees to sign up as a Tim Ho Wan member?
Basic membership is for lifetime and no sign up fee is required.
• What is the minimum age that I can be a Tim Ho Wan member?
You must be at least above 16 years old to be a member.
• Where can I check my membership details and amend any personal particulars?
Simply visit our online platform (https://rewards.timhowan.com/) and login our members’ portal using your local registered mobile number, you will be able to check on your THW Points balance, e-vouchers and other membership privileges.
• How to I reset my account password?
Visit our online platform (https://rewards.timhowan.com/) and access our members’ portal using your local registered mobile number, click on “Forget Password” and follow the step by step instructions to reset your password.
• Can I use my Tim Ho Wan membership overseas?
Currently, Tim Ho Wan membership and its privileges are only applicable for participating restaurants in Singapore only.
• Will my Tim Ho Wan Points expire?
Yes, the validity of Tim Ho Wan Points is for 6 calendar months from the month of visit and will expire on the last day of the 6th calendar month. Unutilized points by the end of 6th month will be forfeited.
For eg, points earned in month of Jan, will expire on the last day of Jul etc.
There will be strictly no extension or reinstatement of expired points. Any request for points extension or reinstatement will not be entertained.
• Is Tim Ho Wan membership transferrable?
Membership is non-transferrable and member must be present at point of billing to enjoy any form of membership privileges.
• What are the privacy protection measures for membership sign up?
We and our appointed vendor takes significant measures to protect your personal information via data encryption, multiple layers of security controls as well as network security services to protect data stored on our system.
Your personal data will only be used by Tim Ho Wan and our appointed vendor, upon your consent, with regards to membership privileges and marketing communications on our news and promotions.
• How do I earn Tim Ho Wan Points?
Simply provide your registered mobile number at point of billing. Every $1 subtotal bill spent will contribute to 10 THW Points earned.

Earning of THW Points are not applicable to be used in conjunction with any form of promotion or discounts, other third party programmes such as delivery platforms, e-commerce platform or shopping mall loyalty programmes.
• Should I fail to present my registered mobile number at point of billing, can I get THW Points credited to my account later?
Any dispute to points accumulation should be sorted out during point of billing. Any request of points accumulation for previously or backdated receipts will not be entertained.
• How are Tim Ho Wan Points rounded off?
Based on subtotal bill, the amount of points awarded will be rounded down to the nearest dollar. Eg, a $11.55 subtotal bill will be awarded with 110 THW Points.
• What can I redeem using my Tim Ho Wan Point?
We have a curated rewards catalogue with a range of rewards tier ranging from complimentary item discount to gift certificate discount. The rewards catalogue and it’s points requirement may change seasonally.
• How do I redeem my Tim Ho Wan Points?
THW Points can be used to redeem rewards from our rewards catalogue on your next visit at any of our participating Tim Ho Wan stores. The value of rewards will be offset from your subtotal bill as a complimentary item discount on your next visit.
Should there are sufficient points, multiple items of different item rewards from our rewards catalogue may be redeemed in a single transaction.
Redemption of THW Points are not applicable to be used in conjunction with any form of promotion or discounts, other third party programmes such as delivery platforms, e-commerce platform or shopping mall loyalty programmes.
• Can I combine multiple membership accounts to accumulate or redeem Tim Ho Wan Points?
No, each transaction’s accumulation or redemption, can only be applied to one registered membership account.
• Can I convert Tim Ho Wan Points into cash and withdraw it out from my account?
No, all THW points cannot be converted into cash. Any unused balance can only be redeemed using rewards catalogue and will be forfeited should it is not utilized upon expiry date.

• How do I terminate my Tim Ho Wan membership?
Member may terminate their membership with a written notice to 101 Thomson Road #08-07, United Square, Singapore 307591 or email us at membership@timhowan.com.
There will be no refunds made at point of termination. All unutilized THW Points will be forfeited upon termination. Upon receipt of membership termination request, we will require 2 weeks of administrative processing duration and member will be notified upon successful termination.
